Allison is currently a certified life coach through an ICF-accredited training provider. She is also the Co-Owner and Director of Operations at Mosaic Wellness LLC. She is very passionate about working with clients and really enjoys being able to work with clients in a collaborative way in order to help them to achieve their goals. She is very respectful, patient and understands that clients need adequate support and flexibility while providing services.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) describes the coaching process as a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. Coaching is here and now and future focused and the client creates goals and action plans. Coaching services help to improve performance, is solution oriented, and facilitates self discovery.
Individual sessions are private pay only and the sliding scale fee per session is $80-$105. Price negotiations available on case by case basis.

Allison is also the Director for the class program at MW where she will be managing and teaching classes such as the Nurture Seminar (Mindfulness & Self Care), Leadership, Decision Making, and Grief.

Allison is originally from KY and lived there until her early 20s. She is a military veteran and was active duty Air Force overseas from 2006 to 2012. She moved to Abilene in 2012 when her husband got stationed at Dyess AFB. She and her husband have one son, Ethan. She was a licensed professional counselor from 2017 to 2022.
