About Me

Life coaching isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. For more than 30 years, I’ve walked alongside people through the highs and lows of life in Christian ministry. Long before I held the title “Life Coach,” I was already coaching; listening deeply, encouraging boldly, and helping people find clarity, healing, and purpose.

With a degree in psychology and certification in Christian life coaching, I have a heart for helping others step into the life they were meant to live. If you're feeling stuck, searching for purpose, or simply ready for a shift, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in faith. You’ll be met with authenticity, kindness, and a safe space to grow.

About Life Coaching

I believe life coaching is more relevant now than ever before.

We live in a world where disconnection and busyness often leave us feeling alone in our struggles. Years ago, we naturally leaned on one another, parents, friends, coworkers, and neighbors, to process life and seek wisdom. But today, many of us are navigating life without that kind of support.

There are coaches for sports, leadership, and performance. Why not a coach for life? I don’t believe everyone needs a life coach, but I do believe many of us are longing for guidance, encouragement, and clarity. That’s where I come in.

I have a passion for helping people find peace, purpose, and connection. I believe each of us has a higher calling, and as we grow in awareness and purpose, we also find ourselves stepping into a more intentional and meaningful life.

Who I Serve

I coach individuals who are:

- Searching for purpose or direction

- Desiring personal growth, habit change, or life organization

- Going through life transitions and needing clarity

- Struggling in relationships—marriage, parenting, friendship, family, or work-related

- Christians wanting to grow or reconnect with their faith

- Ministers’ wives navigating complex and often unseen challenges

- Curious about the Christian faith and seeking honest conversation

Each session provides a judgement free space to talk, dream, plan, and grow. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and take intentional steps toward the life you desire with encouragement every step of the way.

Life Coaching vs. Counseling: What’s the Difference?

Life coaching and counseling both provide support, guidance, and a safe space to grow but they serve different purposes and take different approaches.

Counseling is typically focused on healing from the past. It often involves working through trauma, mental health issues, grief, or emotional pain. A counselor is trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions and helps clients process past experiences that may be impacting their present life.

Life coaching is future-focused. It’s about where you are now and where you want to go. A life coach helps you clarify goals, identify obstacles, and create strategies to move forward. It’s a partnership that emphasizes action, growth, and personal development.

Think of it this way:

- A counselor helps you heal.

- A life coach helps you grow.

As a Christian life coach, I’m here to support clients who are ready to move forward in life but feeling stuck, seeking direction, or ready for change. If deeper emotional healing or mental health support is needed, I would love to work with you to find a therapist or counselor to fit your needs.

Both roles are valuable and sometimes, they can complement one another beautifully.
