Who am i?

I am Licensed Professional Counselor and national certified counselor. I received my BA in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Hardin-Simmons University and an MA in Clinical Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University. I have 3 years’ experience administering psychological assessments.

Services Provided

Professional Orientation: I offer therapeutic mental health services to adults and children over the age of 6, including adolescents.  I also offer relational therapy for couples.  Some of the areas that I regularly work with include: Dementia, Caregiver support, Grief, PPD, Prenatal mental health, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Self-harm, Behavioral issues,Emotional Dysregulation, Marital and Pre-Marital issues, and self-worth. I am working towards providing psychological assessment and testing. I am also paneled with BCBS for insurance reimbursements for client sessions.

My style of treatment is existential, person centered and solution oriented. I pull from a holistic framework to meet the needs of aperson which includes biological, psychological, social and spiritual. Iutilize different therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness,Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Ibelieve meaningful connection is important in the therapeutic process andhealing. I also believe we can all find meaning in any circumstance whether itbe during heartache or rejoicing.
