I am a licensed professional counselor intern and national certified counselor. I received my BA in Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University and an MA in Clinical Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University. I have 2 years of experience with counseling and a lifetime of working with children in a general setting.
I offer individual and relational therapeutic services for all populations including college-aged students, adults, couples, adolescents and children as young as 6 years old. Some areas that I regularly work with are anxiety, depression, self harm, self-worth issues, grief, trauma, abuse, PTSD, behavioral issues, LGBTQIA+, phobias, spiritual issues, substance abuse, emotional dysregulation, and marital and pre-marital issues.

I always work from a holistic framework in order to meet the needs of my clients.My main forms of therapy are Solution Focused and Person Centered Therapy, but I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Reality Therapy, Mindfulness, Play and Art Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. I believe that the therapy room is a safe place to explore the self, the past and the possibilities for the future with a focus on strength, resilience and balance.
